General terms & conditions.
• Children policy
Children aged 0 - 17 years old have free accommodation.
There is the possibility of an extra bed in the apartment for children aged 0-17 years. The cost of such a bed is 100 lei / night. Please let us know if you want to reserve it, as the number of extra beds is limited.

• Check-in / Check-out policy
Check-in can be done between 14:00 and 23:00; in case you arrive earlier than 14:00 we can accommodate you only if available.
Check-out is between 08:00 and 10:00.
For check-out after 14:00 (subject to availability), but no later than 17:00 a fee of 300 lei will be charged. Check-out after 17:00 is charged with a full night's accommodation.

• VACATION VOUCHERS ACCEPTED ELECTRONICALLY (Sodexo, Up, Edenred, Pluxee)
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking in enclosed accommodation is strictly prohibited.
• The maximum capacity of an apartment is 4 persons.
• We issue tax invoice.
• We are accredited by the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism with the maximum number of stars. Classification certificate: 36491/16.10.2023.

Very important!! After payment by holiday card, return will not be possible, the stay cannot be cancelled, the penalty is 100%.

• Reservations are confirmed by paying the first 2 days of stay as a deposit of the total price of the reservation.
• The deposit can be paid by bank transfer, online by bank card or with electronic holiday vouchers (Sodexo, Up, Edenred, Pluxee) through Euplatesc.ro (Visa/Maestro/Mastercard).
• The difference will be paid at check-in by cash, bank card via POS or electronic holiday vouchers (Sodexo, Up, Edenred, Pluxee).

• Full payment online, by electronic holiday voucher (Sodexo, Up, Edenred, Pluxee), bank transfer or online bank card through EuPlatesc.ro (Visa/Maestro/Mastercard).
• Please note that the amount paid is non-refundable, but you have the possibility to reschedule your stay for another period of this or next season. Requests for rescheduling can be made at least 14 days before the check-in date.
• In case of cancellation or no-show, the full price of the reservation will be charged.
