1) Trip Reservations: We use your personal data to complete and administer your Booking, which is our purpose as a company and is legally required.

2) Marketing activities: we also use your information for marketing activities. These activities may include:
a) Using your contact information to send you news about our offers. You can unsubscribe from these marketing communications at any time, quickly and easily. Simply click on the ˝Ounsubscribe˝ link included in each newsletter.
b) Communicating with you: There may be times when we contact you by mail, email, phone or SMS. The method we choose depends on the contact information you have previously provided to us. We process communications received from you. There may be various reasons for this, including:
- Responding to and administering your requests, about existing bookings, for sending offers or details about Diamond View Apartements.
- If you have not completed an Online Booking we may contact you to remind you to proceed with your booking. We believe this additional service is useful for you to continue your Booking without having to enter the necessary booking details.
- After completing your Reservation, we may send you a questionnaire or invitation to rate your experience at Diamond View Apartments.
- We may also send you other materials related to your Reservation, such as payment arrangements, check-in times, rules of conduct, if you need assistance when traveling or other information that may be helpful in planning or conducting your Stay.
- Even when you do not have future Reservations, we may send you various administrative messages, such as changes to amenities at Diamond View Apartments.

3) Competent Authorities: We disclose personal data to law enforcement authorities to the extent required by law or strictly necessary for the detection or prosecution of fraud and other criminal offences, or if we are legally obliged to do so. We may also distribute personal data to competent authorities to protect and safeguard our rights or property or the rights and property of our business partners.

Providing your personal data to SC Sun Beach Summer Mirage SRL is voluntary. However, we cannot process your Reservation unless we collect your name and contact details. If you do not agree to the provision of personal data necessary for the completion and administration of your Reservation, we are sorry, but you will no longer be able to be a tourist at Diamond View Apartments.
